An attacker can use a Window Handle on Windows 7 or 2008 R2, in
order to escalate his privileges.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The win32k.sys kernel driver for example manages windows.
However, when a window handle (resource identifier) is used by
several threads, an error occurs. Technical details are unknown.
An attacker can therefore use a Window Handle on Windows 7 or 2008
R2, in order to escalate his privileges.
