A local attacker can use an IPC of Cisco AnyConnect Secure
Mobility Client, in order to alter data with elevated privileges.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY

The Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client product uses IPC
(inter-process communication) to exchange data.

However, a local attacker can send an IPC message, to write in a
file.

A local attacker can therefore use an IPC of Cisco AnyConnect
Secure Mobility Client, in order to alter data with elevated
privileges.
