TeamDrive and EcholoN launch secure data workflow enterprise solution Off-Line Feature Ensures Data Security Even Without Network Connectivity

Enterprise cloud synchronization provider TeamDrive and EcholoN, a leading integrated service management solution provider, have partnered to create a new secure data workflow module to help deliver enhanced file sharing and business continuity solutions.

The upgrade to the EcholoN integrated service management platform ensures that all data is automatically encrypted before synchronization. Through the use of TeamDrive "Sync & Share" technology, the new module also ensures that no unencrypted data is accidentally left on any protected device and that only encrypted data are available for offline usage. No Limit IT-Services GmbH is the first EcholoN service provider customer to deploy an enhanced business continuity service using the jointly developed secure data workflow solution.

TeamDrive Systems enables secure, cross-company as well as cross-platform collaboration with privacy, security and full self-administration. TeamDrive allows organizations to deploy a combination of cloud computing (private and public) and a choice of servers to allow unlimited scalability and independence. TeamDrive runs on Linux, Windows, Mac servers and clients as well as iPhones, iPads and Android Smartphones. By utilizing AES 256 encryption for all critical data, the "Sync & Share" service offers organizations more flexibility on where data is retained for the delivery of business continuity and contingency planning.

The integrated service offers organizations an easy method of meeting Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategies by ensure that data is constantly available in a secure format across multiple locations even without internet access. The enhanced EcholoN service is available in three different versions with up to 40% margin available for resellers.

EcholoN is a comprehensive solution for the IT support and customer service and includes ticketing, helpdesk knowledge base, Service Desk with the standard processes for incident, problem, change, configuration- Management and Service Level Management with support for ITIL v3. The modular approach of EcholoN allows organizations to tailor its features for specific requirements and scale from simple single sites to complex multi-tenant service desk operations. EcholoN customers include McDonalds, Airbus and Ansorg.

TeamDrive has been checked by the experts of the Independent Regional Centre for Data Protection of Schleswig-Holstein (Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein (ULD)) and awarded its Data Protection Seal of Privacy. The ULD is an office of the regional government of Schleswig-Holstein and carries out state control and advisory functions in the field of data protection and freedom of information.
