Secon Nominated Partner of the Year for 2008 by Trend Micro EMEA Support Team

Surrey based company, Secon, represented the UK alongside only 4 other nominees in the whole of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, for the Trend Micro Partner of the Year award, the criteria for nomination being:
· General quality of case submissions
· Response and timeliness of case handling and resolution
· Commitment to training and certification
As well as highlighting the quality of the technical services team, the nomination came on the back of the unique CARE Contract offering, that gives customers a proactive approach to their Trend Micro deployments.
Launched just over a year ago the Secon CARE Contract has enjoyed an immediate take up from Trend customers looking to get the best out of their solution - The most recent contract going to a Global engineering company operating out of over 50 countries.
