Intruder announced it has integrated with Drata

June 2023 by Marc Jacob

Intruder, the vulnerability scanning and attack surface management platform, announced it has integrated with Drata to further automate vulnerability management compliance. Using Intruder, evidence of good cyber hygiene can now be directly uploaded to the compliance tool without requiring heavy lifting from companies.

With security breaches at an all-time high, particularly amidst today’s supply chain issues, more and more companies are having to comply with security standards and prove they’re conducting regular checks for potentially compromising vulnerabilities. However, preparing for a compliance audit can be a daunting task. Traditionally, it entailed companies manually downloading proof from their vulnerability management provider, and methodically storing it along with reams of other information in anticipation of an auditors’ review. This seemingly simple task ended up being painfully time-consuming for customers and distracted them from their primary efforts to keep their organisations secure.

Now, through a seamless combination of Intruder’s effortless vulnerability management and Drata’s continuous security and compliance automation platform, the process is streamlined by enabling companies to send evidence of their regular vulnerability scans at their preferred cadence with the click of a button. Not only does this give back valuable time and foster closer collaboration between internal security and compliance teams, but companies can also be confident of their compliance before going into any audit.
