Interpol: Open call for tender Notice

SUBJECT OF THE CALL FOR TENDER

The International Criminal Police Organization – INTERPOL with headquarters at 200 quai Charles de Gaulle, 69006 Lyon, France is launching an open call for bids with a view to the conclusion and execution of contract, the objective of which is to assist local users in the INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation (IGCI) in Singapore, as per established in the Technical Specifications and any domestic norm it may apply on:

• Assistance and support on software, including both general information and reporting of anomalies

• Support “around the user workstation and end user devices”, including both Incidents and Requests

• Deployment and maintenance of end-user devices

• Maintenance of Audio / Video Equipment for Conference Facilities

• Acting as interface for conference participants

• Any type of related assistance IGCI users might require

PROCEDURE

1. The Specifications detailing the submission procedure, administrative specifications and technical specifications, shall be requested by email upon selecting the contact link located next to this Call for Tenders on our website http://www.interpol.int at the following address ao.ab.pcm@interpol.int.

The said e-mail shall contain the indications listed below:

• Subject of the mail: CONT/2880– Request for Specifications

• Name of the company

• Name, function, telephone number and e-mail of the contact person

The Specifications will be available from the 6 September 2013.

2. Candidates who have requested the Specifications as described in point 2 will receive an electronic version of the Specifications, in PDF format.

3. The Organization shall receive the bids at its headquarters before the 14 October 2013 at 5:00p.m. (Paris time) at the latest.

4. The Organization intends to draw a short-list of the Bidders whose bid appears to particularly meet the Organization’s technical requirements. These Bidders may be invited to participate in interviews taking place at the Organization’s headquarters or via videoconference.
