Dictao Trust Platform Becomes First Electronic Contracting Solution Certified by the FNISA

Dictao, a provider of trusted software solutions, announced that its e-contracting solution Dictao Trust Platform (DTP) has been awarded CSPN certification by the French Network and Information Security Agency (FNISA). As large organizations shift to electronic contracting they must be able to produce solid proof of transactions that can be used in the event of a dispute.
The first level security (CSPN) certification awarded to Dictao’s solution attests to and enhances the trustworthiness of DTS’s e-contracting process. It gives companies the guarantees needed for paperless customer relationships, enabling them to develop their online and mobile business activities, increase conversion rates and optimize efficiency in processing contracts.
Companies in turn make it possible for their customers to sign contracts electronically and obtain proof that accurately traces the contracting process (e.g. signed contract, proof of authentication, supporting documents, customer actions and path).

Since 2007 major banks, insurance companies and manufacturers have asked Dictao to support them in implementing their multichannel business development strategies for online, tablet, mobile and in-branch transactions.
