DataCenterVision introduce a new release of its innovative DCiM software application, with a built-in, very powerful messenging & workflow tool.
Within DataCenterVision, a user may now:
* send a message to one or several persons, services, departments or companies
* attach one or several documents or files to any message
* relate a message to any part of the datacenter: resource, contract, software application, etc
* relate the message to any part of the organization: persons, services, departments or companies
* etc.
The receipients of the message may be either DataCenterVision users, or not.
If not, they will receive the message by e-mail, in a simple and smart way.
A recipient may: handle, reject, postpone or forward a message.
So every action is traced, and the whole process fully managed.
With this new module, DataCenterVision is enabling all its users to really optimize collaborative work in & around the whole datacenter, and to highly increase productivity, in an unrivalled way.
