DearBytes announces that it has officially joined the McAfee® Security Innovation Alliance™ (SIA) partner program. As a member of the McAfee SIA program, DearBytes will integrate its Bytescan with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), enabling customers to activate strong second opinion anti-malware scanning on their Endpoints, alongside McAfee VirusScan Enterprise.
Bytescan is the advanced second-opinion anti-malware solution of DearBytes, powered by HitmanPro. Its engine is based on forensic behavioral analysis combined with multiple different anti-malware engines, resulting in highly effective on-demand scans. Detected malware by Bytescan is immediately available for analysis by McAfee Labs, which allows for faster detection and removal of malicious software using McAfee VirusScan Enterprise.
McAfee ePO is the first platform that lets enterprises and governments centrally manage security and compliance products from multiple vendors, offering unprecedented cost savings and return on investment.
