David Rushton appointed Channel Manager for LogPoint in the United Kingdom and Ireland

LogPoint has appointed David Rushton as Channel Manager to lead the partner based business development activities of the rapidly growing cybersecurity-software provider in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Rushton will be charged with increasing the LogPoint footprint throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland employing a partnership based approach. The aim is to develop a network of 15 LogPoint partners that are well acquainted with the often complex sales processes in the field of cyber security and harbour a deep technological insight in the area. Quality and not quantity is a key focus for LogPoint that will be looking for niche specialist partners to extend LogPoint’s reach in the market.
37-year old Rushton is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with more than 15 years of experience from the Information Technology sector. His previous positions include UK Partner Account Manager at Kaspersky Lab, UK Channel Manager at Waterford Technologies and Senior Partner Account Manager with Symantec UK. He will join the LogPoint team led by Gareth Leggett, Country Manager for LogPoint in the United Kingdom and Ireland, working out of the new offices at Parallel House in Guilford, Surrey.
