ControlCircle earns ISO/IEC 20000:20005 certification

ControlCircle, a managed services provider, announced that it has attained International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO)/IEC 20000:20005 certification for its UK operations centre demonstrating its leadership in IT service management.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 promotes the adoption of an integrated process approach to delivering managed services that best align with business and customer requirements. Coordinated integration and implementation of the service management processes provides the ongoing control, greater efficiency and opportunities for continual improvement. Based on IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3) the framework, ControlCircle’s Service Management Framework (SMF), a process oriented service delivery methodology for all managed services, optimises all the activities involved in delivering valuable, repeatable and high quality managed IT services to its clients.
