DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY

Several vulnerabilities were announced in Splunk Enterprise.

An attacker can use SSLv3, which is less secure than TLS.

An attacker can capture the session cookie on another port, in
order to obtain sensitive information. [severity:2/4]

An attacker can trigger a Cross Site Scripting in Search, in order
to execute JavaScript code in the context of the web site.

An attacker can trigger a Cross Site Scripting in Management And
Configuration, in order to execute JavaScript code in the context
