DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
Several vulnerabilities were announced in OTRS Help Desk.
An authenticated attacker can trigger a Cross Site Scripting, in
order to execute JavaScript code in the context of the web site.

An attacker can insert OTRS in an IFRAME element, in order to
invite the victim to click on links in the site. [severity:1/4;
