SYNTHESIS OF THE VULNERABILITY

An attacker, located on the LAN, can send IPv6 packets to Cisco
Nexus 4000, so it stops responding to IPv6 Neighbor Solicitation
request, in order to trigger a denial of service.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY

An attacker, located on the LAN, can send IPv6 packets to Cisco
Nexus 4000, so it stops responding to IPv6 Neighbor Solicitation
request, in order to trigger a denial of service.
