Login People launches multi-factor authentication with Digital DNA Technology for Microsoft Azure Cloud platform

July 2014 by Marc Jacob

Login People a supplier of innovative multi-factor authentication solutions based in France, is announcing two significant launches within its Microsoft solutions portfolio. The first is compatibility of its authentication server, the Digital DNA Server, with the Azure cloud platform. In addition, the company is launching its Microsoft MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) API connector for AD FS in Windows 2012 R2. These advances position Login People as an important IAM security provider offering the most compatibility with cloud solutions from worldwide leader Microsoft.

The Login People Server is now deployable on Microsoft’s Azure IaaS, delivering compatibility and access control to Microsoft clients, whether their infrastructure is 100% cloud-based, local or hybrid. This compatibility broadens Login People’s range of existing direct, automated integrations and enhances its ability to provide reinforced access security for Microsoft environments. Thanks to several years of technical collaboration, Login People offers automated AD FS 2.0 integration tools in order to secure connections to Office 365, OWA and SharePoint. The value of this technical partnership is highlighted by the latest version of AD FS 2012 R2.

Login People has launched a public beta version of its new MFA API connector for AD FS 2012 R2, allowing it to become an important identity provider for Microsoft solutions. This capability was previewed at TechDays in Paris with Microsoft, whose security teams continued to showcase it at TechEd in Houston in May of this year. This innovative connector makes Login People one of the only integrated third-party multi-factor authentication provider offering an exceptional advantage and differentiation which requires no tokens, OTPs or certificates.

These launches strengthen the close collaborative partnership between both Microsoft and Login People security teams. Microsoft clients and resellers may now take advantage of a simple, cost-effective and compatible solution in line with Microsoft’s cloud strategy thanks to the interoperability delivered by this joint collaboration.
