InAuth Names David Ayres and Jack Sweeney to Board of Directors

InAuth, the device authentication and intelligence experts, announced the appointment of David Ayres and Jack Sweeney to the company’s board of directors.
With more than 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, Ayres has a successful track record of delivering strategic solutions to leading corporations, government leaders and global executives. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of TAG Holdings, an organization that invests in early-stage companies with market-disrupting technology. He is also CEO and co-founder of The Ashcroft Group, LLC, which advises corporate clients worldwide on navigating complex enforcement and regulatory challenges with government agencies. Prior to these roles, Ayres was Chief of Staff at the United States Department of Justice, managing a $22 billion budget and 112,000 employees and serving during the critical aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks. Ayres holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
A technology entrepreneur and investor with more than 20 years’ experience managing capital investments and IT operations, Sweeney is currently Chief Executive Officer of SevOne, a leading provider of digital technology infrastructure management solutions. Prior to SevOne, Sweeney served as a Managing Director for Bain Capital Ventures, one of the world’s leading multi-asset alternative investment firms. His career includes leadership roles at a number of fast-growth, next generation technology companies ranging from infrastructure software providers, to data security and networking firms. As the CEO of six companies, Sweeney led all of these organizations to successful returns for investors. Sweeney holds a B.S. Degree in Management from Bridgewater State College and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.
