DCD Group appoints Former HP Director and Adviser to the British Olympic Association as Chairman

DatacenterDynamics (DCD) has marked its aggressive growth strategy for the year ahead with the appointment of Ian Ryder as Chairman.
Mr Ryder, who has previously held a number of Chairmanships, led Global Brand Strategy for Hewlett Packard, worked as Board Adviser for the British Olympic Association and was Deputy Chief Executive of the BCS, will take the role with immediate effect. Having worked as Non-Executive Director of DCD since January 2013, he has already established a strong understanding of the Group’s positioning and priorities.
Dan Scarbrough, company Founder, will be stepping down as Chairman to become more involved in building the Group’s global operations and reputation.
DatacenterDynamics’ Annual UK event will take place in London on 19-20 November.
