Costain Chooses Netwrix to Optimize Workflows for Outsourced IT teams

The in-house IT team of Costain is responsible for providing 24/7 access to engineering and construction projects for 5000 users, including employees, clients and partners. IT team was looking for a convenient mechanism to control all changes performed by outsourced IT administrators, ensure that IT processes are performed in accordance with the internal policy and users have correct permissions. The solution was required to help with detection and investigation of changes across Active Directory, such as ill-configured user accounts and access rights.
Using Netwrix Auditor for Active Directory, Costain’s IT team managed to get a full understanding of what happens across Active Directory, streamline internal operations and simplify the processes of Active Directory management. The solution provides audit data in a structured and easy-to-read way via reports and dashboards and notifies about critical changes with real-time alerts. The reports with who did what, when and where details helped the Costain IT team achieve a necessary level of control over changes and enable smooth business processes.
