Bruno Buffenoir appointed Area Vice President of ServiceNow France

ServiceNow announces that Bruno Buffenoir is the new French Area Vice President ServiceNow. As part of his new role, Bruno Buffenoir is responsible for the growth and management of ServiceNow. After obtaining a master’s degree in finance, sales and marketing from PSB (Paris School of Business) in 1990 and graduating from INSEAD Young Manager Program in 2001, Bruno began his career as an account manager at Unisys France, before joining IRI Software and Oracle France where he held several senior positions such as Business Director of the Oracle applications SaaS entity, Marketing Director and Sales Manager for the Business Intelligence & DataWarehouse business unit.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Bruno was Marketing Director, Alliances and Channel for Southern Europe at Peregrine Systems in 2001, then regional sales leader for the same region until the acquisition by HP. From 2006 to 2010, Bruno was in charge of the HP Software business in France being the General Manager for this organization. Then in November 2011, Bruno was given the role of Sales Vice-President for HP in France. Finally he was in charge for the EMEA region of Strategic Alliances, OEM and IoT.
With over 27 years of experience in the IT industry, Bruno aims to make the ServiceNow platform the reference to support digital transformation of French companies thanks to a complete Service Management approach that takes into account the automated management of all company assets (including all connected objects), their security, the services they render to those who use them and the people who interact with these organizations.
ServiceNow keeps on growing and expands in Europe and in France. Bruno will work to consolidate and further develop the company and its strategies in France, which is considered a key country for the development of the EMEA area.
