AlienVault Announces New UK Distributor

AlienVault and VCW Security announced their new partnership. VCW has selected AlienVault’s Unified Security Management™ (USM) platform as the newest addition to their portfolio and will be distributing all solutions of the brand to their UK resellers. In addition to being able to resell AlienVault’s award-winning USM platform, VCW’s resellers will benefit from working closely with AlienVault’s technical team, who will actively support and help ensure successful installations and operational deployments for end-customers.
AlienVault’s Unified Security Management platform provides unprecedented security visibility and reliable defence by bringing together best-in-breed open source tools and the power of shared intelligence. Behind that collaborative effort is OSSIM, the de facto standard open source SIEM solution in use by tens of thousands of practitioners from over 140 countries.
As part of its channel program, AlienVault will support VCW Security by offering technical and sales training, participate in joint marketing and selling programs, provide first and second level technical support, and collaborate with partners to make sure that customers have local support from experienced professionals who are security experts and knowledgeable about their particular industry.
