Agama has the entire RF-cable network covered to anticipate, fix and prevent faults

Agama Technologies, the specialist in video service quality and customer experience, will be launching a new set of cable-focused features enabling real-time understanding of cable RF performance across the whole network.
The new Cable RF visualisation and fault detection tools give full real-time insight into the cable infrastructure’s performance, whilst efficiently detecting any problems. Using metrics from the subscribers’ devices, the incoming data is processed and analysed in real-time to generate actionable alerts: identifying which multiplexes are impacted with RF degradation; where in the network the problems have occurred; and, the number of affected customers for each problem.
With this information, an operations team can be proactive with maintenance, efficiently handle incidents, and prioritise to minimise downtime and service degradation for the subscriber base. At the same time, efficiency is improved as field engineers have the complete picture of RF problems affecting video services.
