DESCRIPTION
The "VMware workstation" system uses an "hcmon.sys" driver to
monitor USB.
This module is vulnerable because it does not sanitize correctly
arguments from "METHOD_NEITHER" user mode.
The IOCTL function is used to control peripherals such as USB
ports.
A local attacker can therefore send a malicious IOCTL request to
generate a denial of service.
