An attacker can obtain a Drupal Push Notifications certificate, in
order to spoof notifications.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The Push Notifications module can be installed on Drupal.
However, certificate filenames are predictable, so an attacker can
read them.
An attacker can therefore obtain a Drupal Push Notifications
certificate, in order to spoof notifications.
