ViaWest to acquire AppliedTrust

ViaWest, Inc. ("ViaWest”) and AppliedTrust Engineering, Inc. (“AppliedTrust”) announced an agreement under which ViaWest will acquire a 100% interest in AppliedTrust. AppliedTrust is a leading provider of security, compliance, DevOps, and infrastructure consulting services to a wide range of enterprise and government clients.
AppliedTrust’s capabilities augment the ViaWest platform with fast enablement of secure hybrid services, helping customers realize their hybrid vision with key services including IT assessment, migration, compliance consulting, cloud readiness, and deeper application support.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Hogan Lovells US LLP served as legal advisor to ViaWest and Kendall Koenig & Oelsner served as legal advisor to AppliedTrust. Both ViaWest and AppliedTrust are committed to closing the transaction as quickly as possible.
