Veracode Joins Amazon Web Services Solution Providers Programme

Veracode, Inc. announced it has joined the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solution Providers Programme. Veracode is now part of a select group of organisations that can leverage the AWS infrastructure platform to deliver market-leading solutions. Additionally, Veracode’s software security verification platform is now available via its private cloud to all AWS customers, providing them with an automated, policy-driven approach to improving the security of internally developed, purchased or outsourced software applications and third-party components, as well as regulatory compliance assurance for strict industry standards.
The goal of the AWS Solution Providers Programme is to enable systems integrators (SIs), interactive agencies, independent software vendors (ISVs) and channel partners to broaden their suite of offerings and expand their customer base, while driving new revenue streams. The Programme is designed to support organisations’ operational and IT requirements as they migrate their business and customer base to a cloud computing environment.
As an AWS Solution Provider, Veracode can provide its worldwide customer base with the option to leverage the AWS infrastructure for expanded, performance-driven services and innovative solutions, while also enabling AWS customers to leverage its private cloud platform for software security services. Specifically, Veracode integrates dynamic scanning, eLearning and application intelligence capabilities into its platform to deliver a full range of complementary application security services in the cloud. In addition, AWS’ recent Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) certification empowers Veracode’s customers with compliance coverage for strict industry regulations such as PCI DSS Level 1, FIPS 140-2, ISO 27001, SAS-70 type II and HIPAA.
