US Embassy Selects Darktrace For Asian Cyber Security Mission
May 2016 by Emmanuelle Lamandé
Darktrace has announced that it is conducting a tour of Tokyo, Seoul and Taipei this week, lead by The United States Department of Commerce.
Darktrace is one of a select group attending the official mission in East Asia and will introduce its ‘immune system’ technology to regional IT and critical infrastructure security companies.
The trade mission comes at an important moment for Japan’s national security, as the country prepares for several major events including the G7 Summit this month, The Rugby World Cup in 2019 and the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2020. Darktrace founders have world-leading experience in protecting national infrastructure, having successfully secured the London Olympics in 2012 by detecting the indicators of threats early. Darktrace’s Enterprise Immune System applies the same principle to cyber security, by establishing normal patterns of behavior and identifying abnormalities to prevent network damage before it is too late.
