The Network announces Information Security and Cyber Awareness eLearning Course

Latest ReadyTraining™ course helps employees understand the risks surrounding data security, ways to prevent security breaches at multiple levels
The Network, Inc., a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, today announced the release of its newest ReadyTraining™ eLearning course entitled “Information Security: Safeguarding Our Business,” which helps companies train and engage their workforce on how to protect and secure data.
The new employee-focused Information Security course, developed in partnership with experts in the security industry, emphasizes that an organization’s best defense against internal and external security breaches is not technology alone, but fostering a culture of security among employees where actions taken to protect vital information are automatic and intuitive.

The release of the new ReadyTraining Information Security course follows on the heels of National Cyber Security Awareness Month in October, an awareness campaign sponsored by the US Department of Homeland Security in cooperation with the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA) and the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC).
