Swivel Secure Announces Cohort Technology as New UK Distributor

Swivel Secure, the pioneer in tokenless two-factor authentication technology has today announced the appointment of Hampshire based, Cohort Technology as its new distribution partner in the UK.
The appointment, which takes effect immediately, is part of Swivel’s strategic global expansion plans that include strengthening the company’s partner network in the UK and building on the rapid growth in the number of enterprises switching to PINsafe® from token based, legacy solutions.
Swivel achieved record revenues in the past year, and is experiencing continuous quarterly growth as the market responds to the recent high profile Sony and Sega attacks as well as the fallout from the successful hack of the RSA SecurID token technology.
Through the appointment of Cohort Technology as UK distributor of its PINsafe® multi-layered, authentication platform, Swivel is aiming to quickly expand its reach across the UK, particularly within the Greater London and South East region as well as offering resellers enhanced technical and business development support, which is central to Cohort’s focused value added service approach.
Cohort Technology is an established Value Add Distributor working with many of the leading security vendor technologies and major UK security resellers, in the UK and Ireland. Formed in 2007 the company offers resellers a range of professional services including technical product training and sales support.
