Sandra de Pauliny joins EfficientIP at the helm of its HR strategy

EfficientIP has announced the addition of Sandra de Pauliny as Chief People Officer. De Pauliny will drive the growth of EfficientIP’s workforce, which notably opened up 100 positions in 2022, as well as structure its human resources management strategy. She reports directly to Norman Girard, CEO of EfficientIP.

Sandra de Pauliny brings more than 20 years of human resource management experience, particularly focused on large technology companies. At EfficientIP, she will focus on structuring the HR strategy in order to ensure the company’s workforce growth objectives are met. De Pauliny also brings her experience in structuring the growth plan for international organisations, the deployment of HR within organisations, as well as her experience in implementing innovative social policies such as diversity policies, an inter-company kindergarten, an on-site concierge, training dedicated to parenthood, etc, and the development of the employer brand.

Before joining EfficientIP, Sandra de Pauliny held the position of Senior Vice-President of Human Resources at Idemia for the Secure Enterprises Transaction (SET) and France division. Previously, she spent five years with the BRL group, a company specialising in Water, Engineering and Environment, where she served as Group HRD and Director of Group General Services. After starting her career at Decathlon, she joined DELL France in 1999, where she held positions of responsibility for 13 years. Under her leadership, DELL France is one of the pioneering companies in the implementation of teleworking, professional equality and diversity agreements.

Sandra de Pauliny holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Montpellier and a Master’s degree in Information and Communication, Human Resources and Management from the Catholic University of the West of Angers.

She was also a member of the Bureau and Board of Directors of the association FACE Hérault (Acting against exclusion) for 12 years and a teacher at Montpellier Business School on Executive programs.
