Proact Joins the Pure Storage Authorized Support Partner Program to Provide Proactive Support to Customers

Proact IT UK, Europe’s leading independent storage integrator and cloud services enabler, is one of the first partners in Europe to become a member of the Pure Storage Authorized Support Partner (ASP) Program. This prestigious acknowledgment is provided to partners worldwide that have demonstrated success in delivering single-call support and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Proact’s commitment to the ASP program follows its investment in the FlashStack certification. Proact, Pure Storage and Cisco offer a FlashStack converged infrastructure “datacentre-in-a-box” solution providing storage, compute and networking in a single solution. FlashStack is a pre-validated design utilising technologies from Pure Storage, Cisco and VMware.
Becoming a member of the Pure Storage ASP Program offers partners increased revenue opportunities while becoming a trusted advisor to their customers. It creates more support options for the customer to choose from and increases simplicity by providing a single point of contact for any support needs.
