New Appointment to Drive Financial Growth and Operational Efficiencies at Webroot

Webroot has appointed John Post to the new role of vice president of finance. An executive with more than 15 years of tax and finance experience, Post will oversee the company’s entire financial organisation including the tax, treasury, accounting, facilities, and financial planning and analysis departments.
Post was most recently director of tax and treasury for Webroot. His promotion followed several significant contributions to the organisation, including an instrumental role in the establishment of the company’s global operating structure.
Prior to joining Webroot, Post was vice president of tax at DISH Network and Echostar Corporation, where he led the tax function for two separate publicly traded corporations. Prior to that, he was tax director at Molson Coors Brewing Company, and he has also held management roles at First Data Corporation and Deloitte Tax LLP.
Post earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley.
