NEC Appoints Isaac Mendoza as New Head of European Cloud Competence Centre

NEC Europe Ltd announced the appointment of Isaac Mendoza to
head up the NEC Cloud Competence Centre. NEC has established its Cloud
Competence Centre as a resource for telecom operators looking to provide cloud
services and applications to their customers.
NEC’s Cloud Competence Centre provides strategic planning, business modeling,
partner management and support for fixed and mobile operators. It helps and
advises telecom operators to find additional revenues and maximize profits from
cloud computing.
Mendoza will manage an international team comprised of in-country NEC executives
with expertise in cloud services, business development and solutions. NEC’s
Cloud Competence Centre has its hub in Madrid and stretches globally to include a
network of knowledge, services and technology.
NEC recently announced that it has brought together its European business to focus
on cloud computing by leveraging its expertise in communications, networks, IT and
computing solutions. NEC has brought together these services to help telecom
operators entering new businesses to find additional revenues from cloud computing
services.
