The aesthetic mini-dome camera features Keeneo’s Easy Count software that allows counting to be conducted “on-the-edge”, that is, anywhere the camera is installed. Easy Count is true plug and play video analytics software that is uploaded by the installer onto an Axis IP camera, model M3203. Easy Count then automatically targets the counting zone and defines the counting parameters. Within minutes the system is operational. Users will be able to abstract accurate and valuable data within a few hours of installation completion.

This solution can be combined with other video or management software to help operational and security management with their business and security intelligence needs to enhance customer service and satisfaction while helping improve safety, logistic efficiency and profit. Typical application uses involve the counting of the number of people entering and exiting a facility, store, room or targeted area to determine occupancy rates, transaction rate (people visiting versus buying), and maintenance or servicing needs.
