Interoute triumphs at the Global Carrier Awards

Interoute has announced that it has been named Best pan-European Wholesale Carrier at the 2015 Capacity Global Carrier Awards. Interoute received the recognition at the awards ceremony in Paris on the 3rd November, where the company was praised for being a market disrupter with the unique ability to shape it service portfolio to lead market trends.
Over the past 10 years, the Global Carrier Awards have become the biggest and most prestigious awards event in the wholesale telecoms calendar. This year’s event was attended by more than 350 guests and a record number of over 160 entries were submitted. The winners were decided by a panel of over 20 judges, which include leading analysts, industry experts and Capacity’s senior editorial team.
This is the seventh time Interoute has won the Capacity Global Carrier award for Best pan-European Wholesale Carrier since the award began. The award judges were impressed by Interoute’s extensive network reach in Europe as well as its strength in cloud services.
David James, practice leader, wholesale, Ovum Wholesale Telecom, and member of the awards judging panel commented “Interoute impressed with its extensive partnership and alliance programmes, commercial flexibility and the range of its service innovations”.
