Interoute completes ISO 20000 certification for Unified Computing Solutions

The comprehensive scope of the ISO 20000 certification aligns to ITIL service management industry best practices applied to Interoute’s Unified Computing. ISO 20000 represents the accreditation standard for ITIL service management processes, providing an internationally recognised ICT service management standard for corporate quality assurance.
