In 2010, exhibitors and visitors gained new possibilities for productive work due to:

1. Balance between the topics covered (information security, data storage and processing, electronic document management);

2. Reports by the representatives of global brands;

3. Presence of CEOs at the exhibitors’ stands;

4. Non stop events at the stands;

5. Preparedness of visitors to meet providers thanks to the GroteckSmartEvent online tool;

6. Thematic focus for every day of the Exhibition.
Figures and facts:

104 exhibiting companies presented their products, technologies and solutions according to four main topics of the Show: information security, data storage, document management, personal data protection.

All the four subject divisions were equally represented by exhibitors at the stands and in the framework of the business program.

• InfoSecurity Russia - 69 presentations

• Storage Expo - 34 presentations

• Documation - 36 presentations

• Personal data protection - 38 presentations

Within three days of the Show, the exposition and the business program draw 4,019 visitors.

• Day 1. “IT Director and Regional Informatization”: 1,302 visitors

• Day 2. “Information Security” and “Branch Conference”: 1,859 visitors

• Day 3. “Personal Data” and “SMB”: 858 visitors

Altogether, there were 386 presentations delivered by customers’ representatives, regulators, providers and professional associations.
65 events (hall Perspectives, hall Strategies, hall Regulation, main stage) were attended by 2,728 people. 88 events were held at the exhibitors’ stands that also draw interested qualified audience.

In average, 346 visitors were constantly present at the events within the business program. Every second visitor participated at least in one event of the business program.

InfoSecurity Russia, StorageExpo & Documation’2010 introduced for the first time:

• Russian and foreign global brands 1C, Oracle, Palo Alto Networks, Trustwave, G Data, Business Continuity International, Gigamon, FalconGaze

• Collective stands of the Federal Customs Service and recruitment agencies.

• Constellation of CEOs of Russian and foreign companies: over 20 executives of manufacturers and integrators delivered their speeches at the main stage of the Show.

• Branch meetings of foreign economic activities participants, representatives of regional authorities, strategic organizations of the Russian economy, hosting and multiservice networks providers.

Documation’2010 was traditionally organized under the patronage of the main market regulators and with the support of the leading nonprofit organizations bringing together the biggest providers and customers.

This year, the following state authorities of Russia were involved into the official events of the Show: Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB); Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (ROSKOMNADZOR); Ministry of Defence; Security Council of the Russian Federation; Administration of Moscow; Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia (FSTEC); Ministry of Internal Affairs.
