Infinigate Group welcomes two senior hires to accelerate growth and optimize its value-add as it gears up for future expansion

Infinigate Group announced two strategic hires to its leadership team. Nicolas Frech joins Infinigate Group as Head of Transformation and Alexandre Remy joins as VP Digital Business. Both are industry veterans with decades of experience and knowledge in digital transformation and will play a key role in helping the company offer an ever-evolving and sophisticated value-add as a digitized platform – enabling it to achieve its ambitious growth targets for 2022 and beyond.
The announcements follow record financial year results and rapid business growth for the group, which now operates across 11 European countries. The appointments also follow a series of acquisitions and partnership wins for Infinigate Group, including asset management software firm Ivanti and CyCognito, a market leader in attack surface management.
Frech brings a track record of successfully managing complex business transformation during more than a decade of c-suite and board-level experience, spanning financial institutions including The Royal Bank of Scotland and professional services company Accenture. He joins Infinigate Group from Atotech, where he served as managing director for the global chemical giant at its Mexico operations.
Remy joins Infinigate Group from the publicly listed Exclusive Networks - where he headed up the Exclusive On-Demand (X-OD) platform. He brings a wealth of experience in business and digital transformation, building teams and the IT subscription economy. As VP Digital Business for Infinigate he is charged with implementing digitalisation in a way that accelerates and improves its value proposition and delivers an optimal customer experience along the whole scope of the customer journey - with a strong focus on creating business opportunities with SaaS vendors.
