G Data unveils new consumer and business products

G Data is unveiling its range of 2012 generation consumer and business products to further protect users against cyber attacks. The products for consumers are G Data AntiVirus 2012, G Data InternetSecurity 2012, G Data TotalCare 2012, G Data NoteBookSecurity 2012, G Data InternetSecurity for Netbooks 2012. For businesses the new products are G Data AntiVirus 11 (Business and Enterprise editions), G Data ClientSecurity 11 (Business and Enterprise editions), G Data EndPointProtection 11 Business and Enterprise and G Data MailSecurity 11.

G Data 2012 Retail Products

G Data has once again set the standards for security. In addition to the tested protection mechanisms and outstanding virus detection rates, the 2012 generation products have additional features such as the cloud-based checksum database and the ‘on-extension’ monitor mode which makes file-based virus checks easier and more effective on systems that operate at their performance limit.

Interface

The 2012 product generation is accompanied by a re-designed, well-arranged and intuitive user interface. All relevant information on the current security status, virus signatures, backup status and system load can be accessed at a glance. Configuration is leveraged through centralised availability of all module settings.

All existing customers can also look forward to receiving G Data MobileSecurity free of charge to secure their Android based smartphone and tablet devices.

G Data AntiVirus 2012

Get the best reactive and proactive detection rates for protection from viruses, malware, phishing and spyware. A cloud-based checksum database to analyse suspicious files adds even more security. There is no loss of PC performance thanks to the idle scan which permanently scans the system when not in use.
