G Data Software AG, Strategic Partner of InfoSecurity Europe 2010, to Present its Solutions at InfoSecurity Russia 2010

G Data Software AG – the strategic partner of Infosecurity Europe 2010 held in London – will exhibit at the VIIth International Exhibition "InfoSecurity Russia. StorageExpo. Documatuin’2010” (www.infosecurityrussia.ru). This is an important decision for the company as G Data exhibits at a Russian event of such extent for the first time. The primary goals of the company are to inform as many consumers as possible about the presence of G Data products in the Russian market and to find new partners thus celebrating its 25th birthday.
“We expect that exhibiting at InfoSecurity Russia will make our products recognizable and accepted by the Russian consumer due to the leading German quality certified by several independent testings, up-to-date security technologies that speed up program performance and that decrease the influence on a system productivity, and due to reasonable prices available for all customer categories,” – says Roman Karas, G Data Director of Retail Sales in Russia.
G Data is one of the recognized European leaders in security software production. The company has been specializing on the internet security for 15 years. More than 20 years ago, it was among the first companies to develop virus scanners. “Today it’s pretty hard to find a producer of security software that would win so many awards in Europe as we did for the last five years,” – says Roman Karas.

Business segment. Along with traditional products of the Company (AntiVirus, MailSecurity and ClientSecurity), a new solution of the year will be presented at the exhibition – Endpoint Protection Business - the all-in-one security solution for small, medium and large corporate networks. It provides optimum protection against hacker attacks, viruses, spam and legal security in respect of the use of corporate PCs.
Private user segment. G Data will demonstrate InternetSecurity, TotalCare and NetbookSecurity test-winning software (according to an independent testing :

Self-learning fingerprinting and whitelisting accelerate the test-winning protection so that PC performance remains completely unaffected. The detection of unknown viruses has been enhanced by implementing the latest methods: behaviour blocking, heuristics, cloud security.
