Dot Hill Nominates Hammer as EMEA Distributor of the Year 2011

Dot Hill Systems Corp. has named dedicated storage distributor Hammer as its EMEA distributor of the year 2011.
This award recognises the part Hammer played in helping Dot Hill grow its revenue, year over year by 27% in the UK, as well as an impressive year over year revenue growth of 161% in the Nordics.
Dot Hill’s partnership with Hammer started on an OEM basis in 2006 under Hammer’s own V2 storage brand, however, following the launch of the Dot Hill AssuredSAN™ range of networked RAID solutions for the EMEA channel in early 2010, Hammer has offered the entire Dot Hill branded channel portfolio.
Dot Hill’s 27% growth was also driven by the recruitment of several new resellers, the continued widespread deployment of virtualisation technologies and the backup of these environments.
