Darktrace named a Customers’ Choice in Gartner Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer for Network Detection and Response

Darktrace announces it has been named as a Customers’ Choice in the 2023 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Network Detection and Response. The report provides real-world feedback from customers on their experiences with products that use behavioral analytics to detect and contain breaches like insider threats, ransomware and lateral movements.
The Customers’ Choice distinction recognizes vendors with above average ratings in both of the report’s scoring categories: Overall Experience and User Interest & Adoption.
Darktrace had the most reviews submitted from customers among all the vendors mentioned in the report. These customers gave Darktrace’s DETECT™ and RESPOND™ capabilities an average rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars, with 95% of respondents saying they would recommend Darktrace to others. 73% of the respondents gave Darktrace a 5-star rating.
We believe this distinction reinforces the impact Darktrace’s market leading technology can have for enterprise security teams. While most of the security industry trains on attacker behavior, Darktrace’s self-learning AI builds an evolving understanding of behaviors of people and devices from real-time data flows for each of its customers. This supports use cases including identifying novel attacks like those that use Generative AI for phishing or social engineering attacks, insider threats, nation-state attacks and human errors such as misconfigurations. Darktrace DETECT spotlights meaningful unusual behavior, Darktrace Cyber AI Analyst autonomously investigates the activity, and Darktrace RESPOND takes a proportionate action to mitigate the threat.
