Clavister Signs Partner Agreement with a major global provider of military communications technology

February 2015 by Marc Jacob

Clavister announced a partnership with a major global provider of secure military communications technology, to develop a new range of communication platforms for mobile systems with built in security technologies from Clavister.

Working in partnership with the organisation, that has substantial market penetration and customer base and with a consistent turnover of over one billion Euro, Clavister will deliver advanced, embedded security solutions to secure critical communications infrastructure and command and control systems against data interception and next-generation threats. The announcement follows a long development process that has now reached a critical phase in bringing the solution to market.

This latest partnership follows on from recent agreements that have seen Clavister increase its global presence. In 2014 Clavister started work on a number of projects to deliver secure Wi-Fi networks including the Brazil “Smart Cities” initiative, with a focus on securing wireless networks at 1600 locations in the country and with the Swedish Hockey League to provide a secure platform to offer fans value-added in stadium services.

The company has also recently announced a partnership with Japanese reseller Mirait, marking its first entry to the Asia-Pacific market, following on from a similar deal with itSoft that saw the company secure its first deal in Croatia.
