BMC Software positionned in "leaders" Quadrant in Gartner Report

BMC Software announced that it has been placed in the leaders quadrant in Gartner’s recently released Magic Quadrant for the IT Service Desk report1. The report reviewed ten vendors.

In the report, Gartner stated, “IT service desk tools continue to be the focal point of an IT organization’s strategy to deliver service and support. The increasing complexity of the IT environment, the pressure to reduce costs and the drive to align IT resources with business priorities continue to fuel the IT organization to improve the people, processes and technologies of the service desk.”
