AirLive Air3G II – new generation of 3G router supports 350 different 3G USB dongles

AirLive, one of the most advanced worldwide brands for networking and communication equipment has introduced newest achievement among 3G routers on the market the AirLive Air3G II. It is a wireless router which offers either 4G (LTE) or 3G (CDMA/HSPA/HSPA+) connectivity. Therefore, in some countries, Air3G II can replace the original ADSL and cable modem.

Moreover AirLive Air3G II supports Smartphone tethering, it is a method to share the Internet connection of an Internet-capable mobile phone via USB data cable connected to Air3G II. Thus can be connected more than 20 notebooks, tablet PC, or other Smartphone using WiFi.

AirLive has designed new Air3G II router that provides a broadband speed connection. Therefore you can use this device for remote locations without wired Internet connectivity such as summer house or for temporary locations such as construction sites or mobile deployments.

This model enables users to quickly create a secure wireless network and provide access to the Internet using a cellular signal. The best of all is possibility of sharing it among more wireless devices such as notebook, PDA, game console etc.

The Air3G II operates on Wireless N standard and is backward compatible wih B/G. Therefore user can get the connection on any standard needed. It supports NAT, routing, firewall, DHCP server, and more. It is managed easily by web User Interface and there is UPnP and setup wizard. SPI (stateful packet inspection) firewall is embedded in the product. It keeps track of the state of network connections and provides protection from network attacks.

The AirLive Air3GII comes with USB port for sharing the Internet connection of 3G/3.5G/3.75G and moreover supports 4G(LTE) USB dongle. In addition, a WAN port is provided for sharing ADSL or Cable Modem connection. The remarkable WAN and 3G auto backup function will auto switch between WAN or 3G when one of the connections failed. This ensures uninterrupted Internet service for your home or office.

The main advantages of Air3G II except very interesting price is the fact, that it supports over 350USB 3G dongles worldwide and also 4G (LTE) dongle. In the future the list of supported devices will be continuously updated with every new firmware version especially for 4G dongles.
