Active Circle chosen by Avid Italy for providing archiving solutions integrated in the Avid media workflow

Active Circle, global provider of storage and archive management solutions for digital content, and Avid Italy, system integrator and distributor of the Avid? brand in Italy, are announcing a partnership under which Avid Italy will integrate and sell Active Circle solutions to media customers in Italy.
Avid Italy Srl is now an Active Circle VAR (Value Added Reseller) with the required technical expertise to install and to support storage and archive solutions based on the Active Circle software.
“Our customers are asking for turnkey integrated workflows from ingest through editing to archive. We looked at the leading vendors and we were impressed by the Active Circle technology and by their growth on the Media market over the last 3 years. We chose Active Circle as the deep Archive component; we are now able to offer a complete integrated solution that covers ingest, editing, production asset management and archive” says Lucio Fogler, Avid Italy Managing Director.
Under its VAR Partner program, Active Circle provides technical training, all the needed marketing collaterals and sales tools, marketing support, and an active sales and presales team to support partners.
