100 000 banking cards transactions managed daily by Monext for Banque Accord

Banque Accord, financial subsidiary of the Auchan group, specialized in the distribution of financial products and services, has recently selected Monext to manage its banking card business. Monext handles all payments and withdrawals made with Banque Accord banking cards: from the payment to customer claims. This proven solution is used by 80 banking and financial customers. Banque Accord chose Monext to process its banking card transactions when it became a principal member of the Groupement Cartes Bancaires. This new activity reinforces a partnership that has been in place for several years for the bank’s acquiring business.
Banque Accord and Monext teams successfully overcame all the challenges related to this type of
migration and transferred the existing portfolio in a very short timeframe. The project was launched at
the beginning of September for a go-live in March.
