SYNTHESIS OF THE VULNERABILITY
An attacker can trigger a Cross Site Request Forgery even if
Zend\Validator\Csrf is used on Zend Framework, in order to force
the victim to perform operations.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The Zend Framework product uses Zend\Validator\Csrf to defend
against Cross Site Request Forgery attacks.
However, if the token is NULL or malformed, this module accepts it.
An attacker can therefore trigger a Cross Site Request Forgery
even if Zend\Validator\Csrf is used on Zend Framework, in order to
force the victim to perform operations.
