SYNTHESIS OF THE VULNERABILITY
An attacker can send a malicious DECnet NSP/RT packet to
Wireshark, in order to trigger a denial of service.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The Wireshark product uses the packet-dec-dnart.c dissector to
dis-assemble DECnet NSP/RT packets.
However, when a malicious packet is received, a fatal error occurs.
An attacker can therefore send a malicious DECnet NSP/RT packet to
Wireshark, in order to trigger a denial of service.
