Tidal to offer Coradiant TrueSight® Automated Incident Management solution with Tidal Intersperse

Tidal Software announced a distribution agreement with Coradiant, the leader in Web Performance Management, to provide Coradiant’s TrueSight® AIM (Automated Incident Management) web performance management solution to its customers. The combined offering gives IT operations in-depth visibility, information, and control for all Web applications. With these capabilities IT can exercise precise control over applications in order to proactively managing end-user experience.
The two open-standards based products enable immediate integration of user incident detection and application corrective actions, empowering IT to act early to prevent potential business impact. Today, both products can solve real web application problems through identification of end user experience issues with Coradiant TrueSight AIM and then through integration with Tidal Intersperse that provides the deep diagnosis of the specific JAVA and .NET component causing the issue through dynamic Bytecode Instrumentation.
TrueSight AIM
TrueSight AIM delivers unique, automatic capabilities to find, reproduce, and validate fixes to web application problems in real time. TrueSight collects detailed, real-time information on every aspect of each user’s online visit, providing an in-depth view of actual, delivered performance at the user level. The TrueSight appliance is a combination of a powerful real-time traffic collection engine, intelligent session processing capability, innovative Event Clustering Technology and commonality analysis, along with flexible reporting and alerting capability integrated into a single, turnkey device. TrueSight automatically identifies anomalies and prioritizes them by severity, duration, problem type, and the characteristics of the users impacted. Operators can get automated alerts on incidents that include the details they need to investigate performance problems. Every part of every affected user session is available for review and diagnosis.
Tidal Intersperse
Tidal Intersperse delivers end-to-end monitoring of next generation applications in the context of the business process. Through transaction monitoring, application mapping, component level health monitoring, business process tracing, and aggregate SLA monitoring, Intersperse brings together the low level runtime monitoring details into the context of the high level business process view. Tidal Intersperse delivers all this functionality in its visual and readily customizable user interface that provides role-based display of the wide range of information needed by IT for monitoring and managing highly complex and dynamic SOA applications. The result is a single solution that tracks system health at the level of the business process, but can convert that into quick isolation of problems down to the root cause. Tidal Intersperse uses industry standard JMX for broad-based monitoring with dynamic instrumentation to deep dive into specific parts of the application for method-level monitoring.
