Tech Mahindra will leverage Veracode’s on-demand SecurityReview® service to enhance the company’s application security offering for both new and existing customers. With SecurityReview, Tech Mahindra aims to broaden its portfolio of application security services by leveraging Veracode’s patented static binary testing technology and dynamic web scanning analysis to obtain a completely independent and fully automated assessment of the security of its client’s software applications. Veracode’s SecurityReview service will be embedded into Tech Mahindra’s VIGIL application security model which delivers end-to-end application security services from secure development to security testing of applications.

Tech Mahindra’s security consulting group, which is using Veracode SecurityReview, offers end-to-end security solutions including security consulting and design, security system integration, security management and operations, and security software development.

As part of the joint go-to-market offerings, Tech Mahindra will certify a number of its consultants so that they can leverage Veracode’s software ratings system, which can be used to measure, rate, compare and improve application security levels. While Veracode provides automated static and dynamic security testing to generate a rating for an application, Tech Mahindra will lend its significant industry expertise to provide manual penetration testing as part of the joint offering.
